"I think I’m done going here. The past 2 times I’ve gone my order has been messed up. Today, I waited for 45 minutes for my food, just to find out that the waitress forgot to put my order in. When my order came out, the waitress took my plate and said “this might not be yours, let me see” and then took it back to the kitchen. They came back out with the manager on duty and told me that they gave me another person’s plate. They then told me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes for mine, so I asked them to remove the item from the bill since I was no longer hungry after waiting for over an hour. They told me “we’re sorry” and continued to charge me and my Wife $35 for her 1 sandwich, her lemonade, and my two cokes. Yeah, I’m done."
