"The guy taking my order was on the phone the ENTIRE time, wasn’t listening correctly and I had to keep correcting him. It’s very unprofessional, I mean how hard is it to just put down the phone to handle a customer or ask the customer to wait? Didn’t even sound like the call was work related, sounded personal which makes this situation even worse"

"A lot of these people and these restaurants that they own they made such tremendous cuts on the portions it's not worth what you're going to spend in the quality is not there anymore I don't mean to have to be disrespectful to these people but you have to understand something if the people are going to put money out to buy the food you got to put some good food on the plate okay don't be cheap skimpy and tight because you're not going to get repeat customers I don't recommend some way especially at this location if they're willing to make some changes well I'll give it another try but until then I will not patronize them"

"I am given less meat than is advertised every single time I come here. Always 1 less slice of every type of meat on my sandwich. Obviously a cost cutting technique. Ridiculous considering the prices here are higher than just about every subway in the area already. Go to literally any other subway in the area for better prices, deals, and the appropriate amount of meat/toppings."
