"Good for the most part. But customer service could be more friendly rather than hating to be called/bothered. Not a fan of Kevin at all."
"I was at this branch this morning and I saw the manager target a black man standing in line. The manager of the bank harassed the man until he got him to raise his voice then called the cops and he had him trespassed. The black man made it clear he just wanted to withdraw money from his account and didn’t need the managers help. He was removed from the property by the cops who refused to listen to my witness statement."
"I have no issues with the banking part of regions, the baking staff has always been kind and courteous; but their mortgage lending team was terrible (the three people I had to deal with anyway). Extremely unprofessional, mishandled our documents, slandered me and my wife’s name to the listing agent. Was on contract for over 80 days to buy a house the they still weren’t able to complete to contract due to the lack of urgency and doing their job correctly. Would never recommend going through regions for your mortgage loans."
"Deposited a corporate paycheck and it got deposited fine within 3 days, then funds an hour later got placed back on hold and the money was withdrawn from my account again, if you need money fast from your checks don't use this bank. Support took 45 mins to connect to, and there is no direct phone number to call for the local branches located anywhere easy to find."
"Regions Bank in Columbia always smiles and greets me when I walk in the door. Though I dislike some of their fees that can be charged, that is out of the hands of the workers. They are efficient, friendly, and do everything they can to protect my accounts."
