"Last week, an unexpected plumbing situation occurred. As a result, there was a noticeable, lingering odor in a particular area of the property due to the water impacting the carpet. As the days progressed and the odor prevailed, it seemed that the best choice would be to bring in a professional. After doing research, I decided to proceed with RM Profloorcare. What impressed me initially was that the company was local, attentive, and responsive. I was able to review online feedback and pictures of the carpet cleaning services performed by the company with other clients. There was a clear distinction with the before and after pictures, so I was optimistic ! Therefore, I proceeded to schedule for a estimate. RM Profloorcare was able to assess the situation, provide alternatives as well as recommendations, and provide the ultimate solution. Within 48 hours, the appointment was scheduled from the visit. The appearance of the carpet is much better and the odor has subsided. It looks and smells better than before! I have included both before and after pictures as a reference below.
