"I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Poor customer service, lack of compassion, didn't feel I was being listened to on the 2 occasions I was there. They always seem like they're in a hurry. Which I understand! But I work in customer service/healthcare, too. Bad day, busy day, whatever it may be, you do your job & don't make people feel they're an inconvenience to you! I heard their other location is much better. Go there!"
"Every single time i come here, there’s a problem. if you know there’s gonna be a 2-3+ hour wait, and know that you’re going to need a covid or strep swab…why not do it in the waiting room!!! the last thing a person who is obviously sick and miserable wants to do is sit at a doctors office for 4 hours!! they always take forever here, no matter what it’s for. only come here to avoid a $350 charge at the emergency room."
"The front staff here are always nice and the doctors and nurses really seem to care. This place is great! They have helped me and my family many times. Being open 7-days a week is such a blessing when you cant get in to your own doctor but you can walk in here without an appointment and get the care you need."
