The Sauk Valley Landlord Association is a welcoming institution located at 402 2nd Avenue in Sterling, Illinois. As a family-owned hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinet refinishing company, they offer a variety of services including dustless refinishing, custom staining, and different sheen options. Cabinet doors are sprayed off-site to prevent mess. Landlords are encouraged to join the association and attend meetings at the Raymond James building. The association is actively involved in the Rental Inspection Program in Sterling. Membership can be sent to the P.O. Box in Rock Falls.
