"My Family and I have been going to Smiles on Randall now for 15 years. The Dentists, Hygentists, Assistants and the Front End Staff are very compassionate, caring and accommodating. "At first I didn't necessarily know what to think about this Dental practice. My first interaction with them was to get a cleaning and exam. In that first cleaning and exam I found out I had a couple minor cavities and rather than getting them taken care of that day I was forced to book another appointment. It only gets worse from here. Since I had one on each side of my mouth I had to book two separate appointments to get those taken care of. That was in 2023. No problems with the doctors or anything however it was extremely inconvenient to have to come back to this office three times. Now in February 2024 I came back for another exam and cleaning. I switched roles which meant that my insurance changed. I confirmed that they take my new insurance prior to going to the appointment and brought my updated card. What I got there I was told that I needed to submit my updated insurance prior to this appointment and that we would need to reschedule. I asked if they could bill me if there are any overages or anything but I'm pretty sure that my insurance will cover a basic exam and cleaning. If I wanted to get service today I needed to pay out of pocket and submit my own claim to insurance. Otherwise I could reschedule. After taking into account these four experiences with their dental practice policies I decided to not book a new appointment and go to a different dentist. It's just too much of a hassle dealing with their policies and honestly it feels like they're just trying to have me come in so they can submit more insurance claims to boost their bottom line. Honestly not a great customer experience so I will take my business elsewhere and hopefully have a better situation. It's really a bummer as their doctors we're great but when you make it challenging to give you my business I will look somewhere else."

I was very happy they were able to accommodate my deep cleaning along w fillings on same date & I didn’t have to come in twice and avoided the numbing twice. As a busy mom this helped me very much.
