"Should probably give them a 5 star considering their refusal to deliver packages on time has gotten me multiple refunds from merchants after raising the issue with them. Eventually they get here and I get the items for free thanks to FedEx. Takes a lot of time to resolve the issue with the merchant, wish sellers would give the option to not use FedEx for shipping, I'd pay more to use USPS or UPS (and that's not including the refund I'm starting to assume I will get)."

"I am constantly disappointed by Fedex!!!!!!!!!!! In Rock Island it takes as much as 8 days for a package to get from the terminal to me. Only 65 miles - a camel would be faster. Poorest shipping company ever!!!!! Would not use them but some vendor only use Fedex."

"The worst! I rarely receive packages on time. Our commercial properties have the same issue. The drivers lose the keys to our building, leave packages in common areas where they get stolen or we have to deliver to tenants ourselves. Residential is just as bad! I was supposed to receive something important last Friday. It’s now Monday and I still haven’t received it! Everyone else seems to figure it out, but Fedex Ground is simply terrible!"

"Couldn't deliver my package due to no apartment number, yet when asked the address they had on package it was on there. They said it would be out the following day fast forward to following day it is currently marked as delayed. I called the company and they said they would change back to "original" address and try and get it out today. Yet they couldn't tell me what the address had been changed to if they had the right address all along. I was also told yesterday day that the driver would call me for directions on how to find my apartment which is easy cause it's off a main rd and now they just don't want to deliver to me at all so it is delayed. Also the "customer care" girl I spoke with was not helpful at all in giving me any information I asked for. Never since living here have I had an issue with deliveries not finding me...."
