She provided me with a folder that explains everything. She took the time to understand what I wanted and makes sure that teams who are sent to my home are aware of pets and even knows pet's names! The Cleaning crew has always been on time. They provide all supplies. They are very respectful of my pets and the house. Both crews worked diligently (no breaks, no talking on the phones, etc.) until everything was completed. On the first clean, Kaitlyn even came out to check to see that the work was completed to my satisfaction. They take all forms of payment and have an app that keeps track of everything for you! And the best yet, when you call the number, you get the owner of the franchise!!! I will happily continue on my journey with this company and hope you join this journey, because they're a gem!"
