"If I could give zero stars, I would. Until now I did not think it possible to meet such uncaring people in my life who are dealing with mental health. They claim mind body and soul is what they do. They forgot to put they really care only about money. First, they are not wearing masks at all. Second the receptionist is shrewd and could care less about any one but herself. The Doctors are very unprofessional. My child had A psychiatric evaluation done there. During this time we were at our out-of-pocket max, unfortunate due to my child’s health and being hospitalized we met the out of pocket max during the first few months of the year. Out-of-pocket max means we shouldn’t have to pay anymore for our healthcare if they are in network. This practice is in our network we even got preapprovals before we went through with the testing. Current two right now my insurance company has paid half of the claim. The doctors will not release my sons recommendations for his evaluation until my insurance company pays all of it. They are denying him the help he needs with the recommendations that they said will help him tremendously in school and in life. I’m not sure why I was terminated from the practice it’s not the issue that we didn’t pay because we definitely have been paid up and never received a bill from them. They would not even talk to my sons school. Please I beg of all of the people that are considering going there to listen to the reviews. I read them before and still tried them out. I should have listened. My son can not have anymore psychiatric evaluations and they won’t share the one they took for him. So now we are left to find a new pediatrician and psychiatrist. Because for reasons unbeknownst to me they kicked out my entire family."

"If I could put -5 Stars I could. I'm suffering depression and my experience at this place was terrible. I just payed 150 for an appointment I did not attend. I think this is very unfair because the way I was treated by the staff. Specially by the lady at the reception, I had to cross words with her 3 or 2 times in person and 2 over the phone, all of those interactions were a very sour experience for me. That's why I decided to stop my therapy sessions. The least thing I need is been treated rude and unprofessional by the people I'm paying to help me. I don't know if she is racist, I'm Mexican, because I notice she wasn't like that with other patients. She caused me a break down the last time, I had to talk my husband out of the idea of showing up at the office very very angry. The pro in charged of my therapy was nice but I didn't feel any engagement from her. She didn't show any interest in helping me. No assessments were made, no questions asked, no anything. She only listed to me in complete silence which was only broken by her telling me it was time over. Anyways I payed today and printed out the recipe. I just hope not being harrassed by any collection agency. If you are depressed, please don't give up, look for help. Do your research and don't go to this clinic."
