“My wife 2019 Honda Pilot Elite was experiencing cracking noise from the front speakers. She had trouble listening to music or having conversation using the apple play from the vehicle. We pushed the problem for so long until we couldn't deal with it any longer. Made the appointment for Kustom Car Solutions to replace the speakers. Got there and the owner came out to check what the problem was. Within minutes he told me the speakers were not the problem. He was confident it had to do with the screen and wiring done from factory. Recommended to take the vehicle to Honda for a second opinion before replacing speakers that were going to be a couple of hundred dollars. Took it to Honda and sure enough it was the radio system. There was a recall which to care of the problem. Kustom Car Solution could have taken my money but they were honest. This is a business that runs on honesty and I applaud you for that. I highly recommend this shop.”
