Just picked up a custom Sportmask helmet and it took longer to get here too (these darn Canadians) the staff kept me in the loop again. Very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Dennis is a thief. I paid $200 dollars for a custom neck protector for my son in November of 2021. They never reached out to me for the order. When my wife contacted him in December through his Facebook, he lied and said he sent the order form to my email. It wasn’t in my spam or inbox. After another few weeks of him promising to send the order form and excuses by Dennis he sent it in January 8. It was promptly returned to him that day. He confirmed receipt. Now March 19, 2022, 5 months after Dennis stole my money we have nothing. He does not return calls, he does not return emails. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY!!!!! Edit for Dennis’ response. You never once said anything about delays to us. At first you lied and said you sent the order form, you did not. Then when you finally sent the order form you had multiple opportunities to say there were delays, you did not. I left you voicemails, you chose not to return them. I sent you emails, you chose not to reply to those. The ONLY thing that got your attention was deservedly reporting you to the BBB and posting all over social media what a thief you are. He called me lying again. Said there are so many delays, which there may be, but he told us it was in production back in January. Screenshots attached. Your truth deserves to be told. I’m happy to tell it. Stay away from this business. Dennis is terrible."
