"1st used this establishment in 2021. Dog returned stinky, but seemed happy. very happy..with his stay overall (and i liked one young lady's attention to him). Used them again a few weeks ago... and i could tell there was decline in the establishment. But i was in a bind.. so i kept it moving. 1st thing i noticed was they made ME enter and exit him into cage (like they were scared to handle him). That did.not give me confidence that they were actually interacting with him (unlike 1st visit). upon pick up, they couldnt find ANY of my dog belongings that i left (had to wait while they tracked down toys, blanket was in "washer", never located two bags of treats and big bag of dog treats they "SAID" he finsihed in 3 days... doubtful) i was annoyed, but excited to see him. Then, i saw oddness in his temporment (let me just say, the look he gave me when he saw me broke him heart vs the 1st time when he didnt want to leave the place bc he was having so much fun). My dog (who is NOT aggressive) was acting very unusual. His intital look when we approached the cage was "alert" and a little defensive. It ofcourse changed when he recognized me. He was super charged when he exited the cage. I assumed it was the way the other dogs were somewhat able to get their nose &paw through the gates with me present.. (sort of snarling). But he seemd to be acting strangly toward certain/particualr dogs (and those same dogs acted the same toward him). This seems "minor".. but my dog is so friendly, he typically "submits" instantly to every dog & person he sees because he wants them to pet/play with him (i actually hated it bc i wanted him to be more of a protector). Thats been his temporment for 5 whole years.. until that moment. The other thing is, he started "limping" off and on when i got him home.. i then noticed his right paw was swollen. i gave it a day or so and some animal aspirin, it decreased.. so i again dismissed it...Last ( but NOT AT ALL LEAST). I saw some spots on his fur. I attributed it to weather change and didnt worry because i had alrady bathe him... until it became evident that it is ringworm!!!. My dog is 5... never had this issue! has NO contact with other people or animals(aside from me).. i have been off work for months (so there isnt anyway i brought anything in) no kids in home. No visitor. Never did a dog park EVER.... Not any contact BUT this place. It made me wonder WHY they felt the need to wash my dogs belongings and why he was in a different cage than i left him. It has been about 13 days since i picked him up... typical incubation time is 7- 14 days after exposure... he has been NOWHERE before or following this experience ( i event cancelled his grooming appt that day after seeing how worked up he was... it would have been his 1st time and i didnt want him to mistakenly think i was leaving him again nor groomers to think he was aggressive in nature). One more thing, he has been running off and im struggling to get his diet/eating back to "normal".. (yes, i made a vet appt to get him evaluated for good measure) I debated writing this review, but i know FOR SURE i wont be returning and wanna share with others that i seriously question 1) if there was any mistreatment or aggression. 2) If dogs were allwed to be aggressive towards one another (even if they werent able to touch, just face to face or encouraged taunting..idk). 3) I question if his diet/correct food was given (why is his stool running off & on? Never delt with this before)..the way he pooped soon as i got him out made me wonder how much he was allowed to to the bathroom. The way he downed water soon as a got him home made me question how much he recieved (i saw no bowl in cage either time) 4) obviously, i question the sanitary protocals. Im good on this place. It seriously declined in my opinion.... i will take my chances leaving him home like i have in past and asking friend to drop in for food refil.. USE AT UR OWN RISK!!!"
"Love this place! They take care of all three of my dogs splendidly each time i’m out of town or need to take care of things. The people here are so friendly, your pets are in good hands."
"This was my first time using this facility, or a kennel at all. I had to find a boarder quick. I saw the reviews online and decided to give them a try. When I went in, I was greeted and taken care of right away. I was allowed to see where my fur baby was going to be staying. I was able to see her from outside when I left. I'm not sure if that helped because I cried regardless. I had a family member pick her up. When we got home, she was back to herself. I believe she was exhausted. She's not used to being around other animals. The cost was very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend and use it again as needed. Thank you."
"If I could give Zero stars I would. My dog was visibly smaller. He was there for 5 days. I sent more than enough food. My dog came home with most of his food so I know he couldn’t have been eating. My dog was crying soon as he got to the car. We get home and he bite my daughter. My dog is a friendly dog, all he does is play, especially with my family. I called and spoke to the owner, explained his behaviors and the owner showed completely no remorse. This is insane, not only for the dog but for my daughter"
"My three dogs were boarded here through july 3-6. We had left them here before but this experience truly left us wondering if they took care of them. All of my dogs came back with kennel cough. They didn’t feed any of my dogs correctly!!! All of them came back skinny almost seeing their ribs!! We were returned with the food bags completely full! My gsd and husky use to weigh 75 pounds (gsd) and 65 pounds (husky) they came back weighing 69 pounds (gsd) and 53 pounds (husky). We went to the place to ask what had happened and they admitted they weren’t feed correctly and took responsibility for it. But they denied allegations of giving our dogs kennel cough. They said it takes 7 days for kennel cough to development and our dogs should be vaccinated. (All of them are) but even with the vaccine they can get different types of kennel cough!! It takes two days for kennel cough to develop and it obviously got worse because of the malnutrition!! I had trust in this place before but I’m wondering what they did to them. Please be careful with your fur babys. One of our dogs is seriously sick now. I’ll be posting before and after pictures of two of my dogs. The first 4 are after being picked up and last 2 before we boarded. Definitely changing boarding locations."
