"I waisted my day sitting in the lobby for my depo shot at this Aunt Martha’s. This is something that usually takes 30 mins tops at my normal location which is under construction at the moment. After an hour of waiting, I was told I have 3 people ahead of me, I stopped counting how many people went by after 10. I spent 2 hours waiting there for them to eventually tell me to reschedule my appointment. This place was definitely not worth the 45 min drive it took me to get there. I’ve never been so angry and impatient in my life."

"the staff is incredibly rude. I came in with my kids and yes I understand I have 5 kids and they look at each other as if we aren’t humans or as if they are making fun of us. Lady at the front seems to be in her 40s and always has a mask on is really rude with me and my kids. My child had a little volume and she yelled and said “lower the volume” I don’t understand why she had to yell. She was nice to everybody else but us. The nurse kept giving my kids ugly looks and kept mean mugging them. The doctors are very sweet but the rest of the staffs are rude. I do not recommend this ain’t Martha’s. South holland aunt Martha’s is 100% better."

"Called an hour before the appointment to inform them we would be late due to sisters ultrasound appointment running over. They said no worries you get 15 minute grace period. Walk-in with my niece and sister to her 115 appointment at 125. Receptionist says your going to have to reschedule your late the appointment was at 115. Excuse me I personally called and informed that we would be late and was told I had 15 minute grace period and I still have 5 to spare sooo what do you mean. I’ll have to call the doctor and ask. Sit down nurse comes out saying we will move your appointment down to 230 or reschedule. Fine 230 We here. Then I head out to Burger King come back we eat in car. Walk back in the building and another receptionist with a very rude attitude starts yelling about only one parent with a child when it’s not posted any where and we were just in there together. Don’t go here!! Take your kids and run!!!"
