"The 1 star is only because I have to. Moved to Wheaton from DC and was in the process of finding all new Dr.s for us. Had the pleasure of speaking with Gay several times and scheduled appts for myself and husband. My appointment was for August 8 at 6:00pm. THEY called and canceled my appointment. I said no problem, then was rescheduled for today August 19 at 12:30. On 8/15 receptionist I’m guessing left a vm saying that they had earlier appts if I wanted (which I didn’t) I had an appointment, I didn’t cancel it, I’m not a child, it was a scheduled appointment. I get there at 12:15 and was met with a most unpleasant woman who said I didn’t have an appointment because THEY cancelled it again because I didn’t confirm. What kind of nonsense is that. Absolutely unacceptable and now I need a dentist. Gay is lovely and did a great job."

"Great dentist and staff. They are always friendly and efficient. For anyone like me who is very particular about dentists, Dr. Markett and staff make you feel at ease. Appointments are readily available and easy to schedule. If there's anything they can't solve, they have a network of specialists to refer you to."

"I’ve been slightly late to a few appointments and I am always told that I can’t be seen as a result. I have been going to this dentist for many years, they rush every single cleaning that they do. Only have one nurse and one dentist in the office so every time you come in they will rush the work they do on your mouth just to get to the next appointment on time. If you are in a rush this place is the best, if you want a thorough and quality job, this isn’t the place for that. You did not offer to see me later in the day. I was told there were no openings until June 8th. If I was offered a new slot I would not have written this review. Your secretary is rude and vindictive dr market"

All of my questions are answered and he takes the time to explain any procedure that needs to be done. This dentist makes their patients a priority and assures their visit is as pain free as possible. This is what stands out the most for me and why I would not go to any other dentist.
