"Generally a very nice place. I was several minutes late for my appointment today, an appointment that has been set for 6 months. I was not lazy, but could not get there any sooner. It was 9 minutes to be exact. When I walked in the door I was told I needed to reschedule due to my tardiness. Sadly, they have now lost three patients because of 9 minutes. I would have very much understood if a portion of the appointment needed to be rescheduled (such as x-rays) in order to make up for the time. This was not offered. ** if 100% satisfaction was the goal and care for their patients who are running behind schedule, this was not the case for our family."
