"Quick responses to questions regarding billing, quality therapists, professional setting"
"Scheduling was a nightmare. The counselor would schedule three or four appointments, but then there would be no openings. Even though I was an established patient the wait would be a month in between appointments. I tried to schedule ahead with her, but she would say she was so booked. The counselor was nice, but established patients should have a weekly appointment and I think things were a bit unorganized with her scheduling. Found another counselor elsewhere."
"Had a pretty poor experience with patient privacy. I sent a message to our therapist in confidence and she is CCed my husband on the email without acknowledging her mistake (or maybe it was on purpose?). It caused a horrible outcome. I contacted management, and they apologized, but never had any follow up on the matter. I’m not sure if it was due to lack of attention to detail and laziness, or poor protocols for the entire practice. I felt this needed to be shared. Patient privacy is one of the most important doctrines to uphold, and this place failed."
