"I would like to start out by saying that throughout my experience, this clinic has been responsive, understanding, and have made strides to ensure that the issues I encountered were not only resolved, but that measures were put into place to ensure that someone else in my position would not encounter these problems again. That being said, this is not a psychiatrists office, and they do not offer psychiatry even though they are listed as such on common behavioral health resources such as psychologytoday.com. When I came in for an appointment, I was under that impression myself until I received the bill. There could be more transparency about the cost of services, which they have been made aware of and have begun to address, but if you are looking for a neurobehavioral expert, you will not find a more understanding and responsive clinic. Even though in the end my personal experience was negative, I can recommend this clinic due to the way they handled my issues. The personal touch of Dr. Tucci reaching out to me himself ensured me that he does care about his clients, and the changes made to their listing on psychology today will hopefully prevent anyone else from suffering the same misconceptions as me."
