“So this post is almost a year in the making. Joans with Winn Build & Design is absolutely wonderful. He not only helped create the perfect bathroom, he patiently dealt with the flip flops of my planning the space. I originally was going to have a small bathroom added in my basement, Jonas came and made a quote for me. When my parents came to visit my dad suggested I move my laundry room from where it was and make that the bathroom and make a smaller laundry room. Jonas came back and did a new quote for us. We ended up booking with him and we’re excited to start this adventure together. Before work started Jonas came back went through all the plans together to make sure we were on the same page. As the job started he laid down construction paper to ensure my finished basement would be as little impacted by the work as possible. He was meticulous and and very helpful in explaining the process of everything. He found hidden storage under my stairs that I didn’t even know about, suggested we add a small door so I could have some more storage since I was losing some storage from my laundry room. Jonas completed the work in the projected timeframe and I am beyond blessed to have found him and his company. “I had a small block repair (HVAC lines through the foundation) that needed to be done. They came by in a day or two and did an estimate, then came back and did the repair in less than a week. On departure Rafael pointed out rust showing through on my chimney cap. He also suggested I get a metal cap to keep water out of the firebox. After a few days I called Rafael back for an estimate and, for all the work on a tall chimney (including the metal cap)... he was a reasonably priced. They showed up with a bucket lift and built the entire form and did the pour in one long day... a Saturday.”
