"Our shower started backing up and I couldn't fix it so we called Green Tech, who the in-laws have always trusted with their pipes. They came out within a few hours, at the time they said they'd be here. Has that ever happened before? Not for me! I'm used to getting an appointment sometime between 9AM and 3PM several months from now. I wish I had gotten the plumber's name, but he was courteous and went straight to work. Within 20 minutes the problem was fixed and he was gone. Amazing! No suggestions for thousands of dollars in repairs and replacement, no "I don't have the parts, I'll have to come back." Awesome."

He figured out the problem. 2 days later brought a 5 man crew to fix it They were in exactly at 8am, the appointed time, put in a whole new cleanout and passed inspection with flying colors by 3pm.
