"I had a horrible experience at Poolside Pros. I had received a quote from Cody last September for pool repair that would take place when the pool opened. After five calls this summer, I was told by Alicia that Cody would schedule a time for repairs. He never called. I was told Cody said he wouldn’t repair my pool because his company hadn’t installed it. Cody knew this last September. Alicia then talked to Anthony and he said was sorry— Cody shouldn’t have given me a quote. This completely blindsided me. It’s basically impossible to find anyone to come to Hinckley and I was so relieved to have found someone. Now, I’m very angry and frustrated and back to square one. Very unprofessional on their part and I was completely led on. Terrible way of treating people and a willing paying potential customer. I would NEVER recommend this company."

"Customer service was top notch. Came in for a Taylor test kit. They had the smaller residential kits. I was looking for a phosphorus test kit and the full size test kit. I’m a regional chief engineer for a large hospitality company. We have 12 hotels in the Rockford area. My guess is that they would take that into consideration. Otherwise the store is packed with just about anything and everything you could need. I will definitely become a regular costumer"

"Great service, quick to respond to calls and messages. They have always been spot on when needing chemicals for our inground pool, which was big and could get expensive quickly, having a follow up plan with chemicals afterwards , always spot on . Dena is great and knowledgeable. I appreciate if their is something she isn't 100% clear on that she goes to the manufacturer and finds out . Sales gal for chemicals is the best 2! Love it here"
