"Mary Jo at the front desk and the breakfast ladies were fantastic! The room we had was great, and we enjoyed our stay. The gentleman at checkout was slightly unfriendly, but we think the good definitely outweighs the bad. We plan to come back the next time we’re in town."

"If i could rate 0 I would. Think they’re racist..The front desk guy is super unprofessional, hates answering questions and an attitude. As well as the other lady, sarcastic and rude. Also had problems with the breakfast. We forgot to include breakfast, we wanted to but they didn’t allow it so make sure to include breakfast. I would say racist. Went over the ratings and many with similar experiences. Last time booking here."

"This is a long review because of the internet Wifi connection. 1.) Checked in and got my room. 2.) I noticed after some time the wifi is not working properly. I was on the 2nd floor in 2110. 3.) Called the front desk they said they will reset the router 4.) After some time noticed the wifi is still in and out. I used my data and saw the reviews of this hotel specifically on what people were saying on wifi and noticed it was 70% negative. 5.) Called front desk, an employee told me that the routers in the hotel were all are downstairs and changed my room to 1210. 6.) Grabbed all my stuff and moved to my new room. Internet worked perfectly and stay was great from there. So I realized the internet issue only happens in certain rooms. Overall my first impression of the room was great but considering I paid a little extra for a larger room and a nicer view and as a Marriott Gold Member I was disappointed by the Wifi. I was very happy the issue was corrected. Stay was great due to the friendly staff especially Jude, Bob, and Mary. If i come to this hotel in the future, I would request a room near 1210. I would also recommend the owner to test and fix the wifi issue in hotel rooms it doesn't work because a lot of people due depend on the wifi. Hope this review helps helps others."

"So I spend A LOT of time in hotels traveling for work year round as a operator. I have never met someone as professional and as kind as Mary Jo! Walking into the lobby the environment was cozy and welcoming. I always have trouble checking in, like ALWAYS lol She went the extra mile to help me get situated. Thank you Mary Jo and four points! Highly recommend staying here. Rooms are pristine and hotel is very quiet!"
