"Do not file your taxes here! Last year I filed my taxes and the entirety of the year I never received my tax return. Come to find out now, they improperly put in my account number. I had contacted them throughout the year with them repeatedly stating I had never received anything. They would just always say I already received the payment when I never did. This place is nothing but a scam. I paid for nothing, lost money that could have helped during school, I won't be returning here and you shouldn't file your taxes here."

"Please please don’t go here. Worst experience I’ve ever had while trying to file taxes. Last year, I got charged 50$ to get back my w2’s because according to them “they had already started them.” Even though they specifically told me, they could not start until I had all the paperwork (I was missing a few things). I asked to speak to Lilia and of course she wouldn’t show her face. The amount of fraud that happens here is insane I have no clue how they’re still open. My sister like many of the other people in these comments is currently getting slammed with fees from the IRS because of this place. They lie on your forms to get you a higher return so you can pay them more. Save yourself the headache and find someone you can actually trust."

"My mom who is 70years old just received a letter from IRS letting her know that is owes from an energy credit she was not supposed to take. We went back to this place to have them explain what this letter was about, neither the lady who did her taxes or the owner wanted to even look at the letter. They told her she was responsible because she signed her taxes and asked us to leave. I took her last 5 years taxes to an accountant and it seems like they have been adding this credit for the last couple of years. The accountant related this is an easy way for them to charge the customer more because they are getting a higher refund. It’s really sad how they have taken advantage of a senior citizen. I wonder how many other senior citizens have been taken advantage off. Really disappointing how they treat their own kind. Please be aware of this place. I will be contacting the BBB."

"My 68 year old mom was taken advantage of by them. EXACT same tricks and lying and lack of accountability. When my mom went to ask why the IRS is charging her $3200, the owner blamed HER for signing a document THEY created that ONLY they understand. DONT GO!"
