"Had somebody come by through Home Depot to give me a quote on a window repair. The man walked inside my home with his muddy shoes on and walked right over my carpet. I thought this was extremely rude but what offended me even more was his quote. He quoted me over $3000 to repair one window. I just had to put on a straight face and act like he wasn’t insane. Well luckily I got a number from him to a different company and they only quoted me $300. 10x less then what they quoted me. I don’t remember if they wore covers for their shoes but it was a lot easier to overlook knowing they weren’t trying to rob me blind. Please if somebody tries charging you anything more then a few hundred dollars for a window repair just know you’re being take advantage of."

"The customer service from the employees at this location are top notch. I am from St. Louis, MO. and was in town for a hockey tournament. Thirty minutes before we had to be at the rink, my son noticed the blade on his stick was broken. We had a backup stick, but it needed to be cut to size. We went to this Home Depot location and a wonderful gentleman named Patrick took us over to the area that you can use the hand saws, and cut the stick for us himself. We were in and out of the store within 5 minutes and were able to make it to the rink just in time. I can't thank him enough for his generosity, it would have taken me much longer to saw the stick myself!"

"On October 14th, we placed an order for flooring and tiles and were told they would arrive around the 20th. On the 19th, I called to confirm the arrival date, only to be informed that my tile order had been canceled. I had already hired a contractor who was waiting to lay the flooring and tiles. If I hadn't made that call, I would have kept waiting. When I inquired about the flooring arrival, they said they were unsure. They initially promised the 20th during the order, but now they claim uncertainty about the timeline. The next day, I received an update stating that the flooring wouldn't arrive until November 2nd. Our contractor couldn't wait, so we purchased the flooring elsewhere and went to Home Depot to cancel the order. However, we were told that we had to wait for the flooring to arrive before we could cancel and get a refund. Today, the flooring arrived, and when we went to the store for a refund, the salesperson couldn't process it and called the manager. This male manager, as soon as he saw us, rolled his eyes and then chatted with the staff, rolling his eyes at us again, without asking us a single question throughout. I would like to know how such a person can be a manager. If you don't enjoy your job, then don't do it. The salesperson was patient and had a good attitude. I will update with the manager's name once I obtain it."
