If they don’t carry it, they will order it! You can’t beat their prices either. If you’re doing a deck or home remodel, this is a must for all of your items! "Had to remodel our bathroom in our house - and we only have a single bathroom. So, I spent a decent amount of time looking at vanities, toilets, bathtubs, fixtures, etc. across different stores and online. Wound up stumbling into Fox Home Center while checking out different places. Honestly, Fox Home Center is probably not the best place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. But, if you want quality items and, at least from what I experienced, a near "one stop shop" with good customer service, I would recommend Fox Home Center. Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was honest with me. The vanity I originally wanted, he explained, would not arrive in time for our project. So, he helped me find a great alternative. We wound up buying a "display" mirror for a significant discount and we love it. Mark made sure the display was not damaged (a real challenge as this was a big mirror) with shipping. Something that made me trust Mark- to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, on my own, I went to manufacturer (Moen) website. Turns out Mark was offering me the Moen "sale price", the lowest price that Moen would give if you worked with them directly. That made me feel pretty good, as I had not even asked Mark to give me a discount. When I asked to ship all this stuff to my house, there was no problem or fee. He kept it all together for me at the store as each time arrived, making it easy to keep it together. All items arrived and installed as described. To really top off the good customer service - the Toliet we ordered wouldn't fit (not Mark fault, because Contractors didn't measure until end of project). But, Mark took the Toliet back without hesitation and gave me a full refund. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future, and I am happy to support a local business."

"Went to Fox Home Center after a major screwup at Lowes. Can you say night and day difference. Walking into Fox was greeted warmly by the employees. Going to their lumber department they took the time to make sure the lumber I needed was right for the job. They even told me the costs up front in case it was more than I wanted to spend (which was appreciated since I needed the item they recommended). They checked me out and then unlike Lowes, sent a few people out to assist me. The two men checked each piece of wood for straightness, once I explained the project to them and helped me pick out two excellent pieces of lumber and then loaded it into my pickup and even put a little warning flag on the back (something I had forgotten about since the lumber was 12 foot long.). They say customer service is a lost art - It's not lost at Fox. It is alive and doing very well. Can't wait for my next project using them."
