"Storytime. I had lived at my previous place before dealing with this realtor company for 10yr. In the urgency to move out of my old residence for my own safety and comfortably I came across this apartment on Chicago East side. It wasn’t the greatest area but the apartment seemed livable for the time being. During my approval and move in I unfortunately lost my brother and was dealing with the stress of having to move and plan a funeral (mind you I lost my mom last year). I still moved in and was told there would be minor repairs made to finish up the apartment. Never would I think that with only being here three months would this place start falling apart literally. I have called and constantly asked them to repair the heat, leaking radiators, water leaking from the bedroom ceiling, back porch light still hasn’t been repaired, the front door is not secured as a homeless guy keeps breaking in and sleeping in the hallway. Instead of trying to make the situation less stressful I get the nastiest rudest phone call from Deanna telling me to just move out and they will fix it when they get to it. I have called the city and filed complaints and still no solutions. I have called the office over 15 times in three months. This company is just here to collect rent and that’s it. The pictures added are just some of the ongoing issues that aren’t being resolved. Here we are it’s now April and my bedroom ceiling has still not been repaired, the back porch light still hasn’t been fixed, the water keeps getting shut off with no notice, I called several times about a pest problem and no one is responding to my request."

She forged my signature also! Where is my security deposit? You have to stop taking advantage of people because it will soon catch up with you!"
