"It's nice when you pay for a membership for a place and they consistently close 10 minutes early, when that's the only time you can make it after work. If your sign says you close at 7 then you should stay open and not shut your register down until 7 not 650."
"Since coming under Shannon’s management, I am sad to say that this location has gone drastically downhill. The new staff is beyond incompetent and poorly trained. When I called prior to purchasing a week long package to inquire about their holiday hours, I was told that they would be open on Christmas Eve as well as Christmas, and only closing early on those days, so I would be able to tan for the full 7 days for which I had paid. However, this was simply untrue. It’s sad to see a place so desperate for business that they would flat out lie in order to gain customers. Will not be returning again, I’d recommend Sundazzlers in Edwardsville to anyone looking for better service."
