"It’s crazy he has such high stars. I have a whole thread on Facebook of peoples tattoos and piercings Ryan personally messed up. He also has a list of complaints about how he treats clients or more like how he ignores them. 0/10 stars He messed up my nose piercing, put it too low and it rejected I had to have another one done and the one he did scared badly because it was done wrong. He also placed one of my tattoos wrong when I pointed it out he said he’d fix it free hand but he did not he still put some of it in the wrong spot and ignored my complaints. He took a 300$ deposit from someone then rescheduled the appointment then ignored her request for a new one until she gave up and is just out the money. She has screen shots. And there’s many more."
"Ryan NEEDS to be fired. He can pierce people for flash day and piercing incorrectly and DID IT completely wrong he could have killed ol girl. But I bet He'll do it again to make more money. Idk what yall finna do when someone actually ends up in the hospital and yall be getting a Lawsuit. I SUGGEST he gets fired. And his certificates taken away if he even has one"
"I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this shop and Ryan! I returned from a deployment and had a specific idea in mind, I got ahold of Ryan completely randomly- by reading reviews online- he got back to me extremely quick and told me he had some time to talk about my idea… well he took what I wanted and made it my own!! He not only made me feel comfortable, but worked my idea and made it 10x better!! I will recommend this place to anyone that wants to get work done! I am planning on going back as soon as he gets availability again, as good artist are hard to come by! There was no time wasted and he was extremely personable! Can’t wait to go back! If I could give more stars I would! 25/10!"
