"We called to order by phone. It’s just opened Saturday. 11/13/2021.Leo the Mgr - very nice man. The place looks clean. Plenty of parking.Our order came.We can taste the freshness and Clean oil from the taste of Fried Chickens and Catfish. Make sure to request Hot sauce.(yum)Friendly service. And Will return again.they never Had the Steam seafood available since, since they opened.!"

"My experience was dreadful to say the least. I am offended and appalled at the demeaning of customer service and satisfaction. I tried sensibly and elegantly to resolve my conflict. However, when you are more interested in making money and not providing the ultimate service to and for customers, it brings you to forefront of no values or morals. I ordered whole chicken wings and was given pieces of chicken wings. I took pictures. When I called to share the new cashier who was not people friendly and kept asking me to repeat myself. She kept saying that it sounded like ….. like what, may I ask? Finally, when she received a hearing miracle she took my order and once home I realized the cook ripped me off and bamboozled me in not giving me what I ordered. The cashier asked me to bring it back in a storm. I did because with this caliber of people, you don’t put it off. She told me to bring it back and they will replace it. She totally misappropriated the truth. This meaning lied. When I got back she decided to say, I cannot and will not. She said the pieces of wings were whole wings …Young lady what world or farm have you not been to? She didn’t know how to give refund she said as well. I did receive my refund. Folks take your receipt. She kept balling up customers receipt. People, that is your proof! I was so tired, hungry, annoyed and again hungry! No Sharks today and never again from here in CrestHill. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow and the village to share they give you what you didn’t order intentionally and refuse to accommodate when you assess the matter. I wish I could give a “0”…"

"Just so we understand each other, I compare my Philly Cheesesteak with Sussie's on Montrose. Having said that. The Philly I got had tomato and lettuce :/ and the boneless wings were a little salty. Fries, were ok. Staff was nice"
