"I had an appointment with Dr.Alzain, my appointment was at 10:30am. 11am I was taken to a room by doctor assistant and took all the info. And waited for a full hour and no one showed up. 12pm. I walked out and found one of the nurses and asked it looks like you guys forgot about me in here. She let the doctor know and 2 minutes later they send a doctor in and he was not the doctor I have the appointment with. I asked him we’re is DR.Alzain. He said he’s busy and I can take care of you. At that moment I felt that if this place doesn’t respect the patients time they shouldn’t have my service. So I make it clear to the doctor they sent that this is unacceptable. And I asked to leave and not get charged for this visit. And that what happened. Never going back to that place ever again."

"I've been here a few times throughout the last several years and have had great care. I was initially grateful for being able to see a doctor last Friday because I was feeling so sick. At my visit, even though I complained about a possible sinus infection, losing my voice, and having clogged ears, the doctor didn't check either my ears or my throat. Maybe it was an "off" visit, but it wasted my time and worsened my condition. When I followed up with my GP the following Tuesday, I was diagnosed with a severe infection in both ears. I wouldn't go here again."

"They took me in even though I came 30 minutes before closing. I was extremely sick and a bit emotional and they all were caring and professional. The doctor was understanding and took care of me very well even though I was a crying mess. I’m so appreciative so I decided to write a review even though I never write them. "DO NOT trust the people that work at his office. RUN, don't walk way from this medical practice. The Dr is more than competent but the staff are unprofessional and I can't begin to know where he found them. They scheduled me for a procedure for a Saturday evening at 8PM for me to arrive there and find no one in any one of the three offices. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I waited there for 30 minutes in case they were running late. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me on Monday morning. I had to call them only to receive a call back on Monday at 3PM from a "manager" offering to reschedule the procedure. I do not trust the level of care these people offer and neither should anyone else."
