"I called serve pro at the recommendation of my insurance. I had a leak in ceiling. Serve pro informed me they do not deal woth the leak itself and I must call a plumber. They then began to ask my information to ensure I would use them when my situation was settled. Mean while it was raining in my house. They then showed up and began to tell me what they were going to do. The head person (Kevin) was very aggressive and confrontational. After several attempts to explain that I may not use my insurance and wanted a price he tells me 1600 cash for the water removal. So they complete the job no issue. They tell me someone will be out in 3 days to estimate repairs. No one ever shows. They begin to send bills and call me. I explain we were not done and that it still needed the repairs. They said the repairs are 2 to 3 months out. I don't care just do the estimate so my insurance can get the numbers. Again I am told someone will come out. Come 3 months later they called my insurance to tell them I am refusing to pay. I called and spoke to the office lady who is rude as can be and said I'm not dealing with you you can talk to the owner. I spoke to the owner and to his knowledge he claims he had no idea that I wanted a repair and that the repair times are 9 weeks out. The owner was very polite but seems the people he has working for him are not telling him what's going on. He stated he owns 4 serve pros and he's never had a complaint. Well there is a first for everything. Clearly owning 4 has allowed bad personnel who represent your company start to ruin your business. I would avoid this company as it was very unethical because once I got the final bill it was 972 not 1600 that I was told it would be. So was the guy in the crew trying to pocket my money??? I would recommend finding a better company that actually does what they tell you they will. I mean the claim of not knowing you needed to repair it is funny seeing that the insurance sent a work order with all the info on it. Avoid them."

"The ServPro crew led by Alec were amazing. My home suffered major water damage and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call for help. The crew was professional and very respectful of our home despite the chaos and damage. Work they performed was within the time they said. They were very easy to work with, responsive to questions and knowledgeable. And they were all good to our dogs too. These guys came through and helped when we needed it the most. They also worked directly with the insurance, which made the process easier for us. We are grateful for them and their work."
