"Heather and her staff at Ellie Mental Health are nothing short of spectacular. Gone are the days of the stuffy therapists office with the patient lying on a leather couch while a pipe puffing academic asks "how does that make you feel?" These are real people, trained in how to guide other real people through difficult times. Any stigma that may have existed in my head was immediately eliminated once I was welcomed in by the staff. It was hard to walk in that office for the first time, I'm not gonna lie. But once I walked through those doors, I instantly felt like I had arrived at a place where I had allies. In this scary world that seems to grow scarier every day, I could use all the allies and members of the team I can get. They care. They simply care and it shows. I wish I could give a 10 star review."
