"I spoke with Nicole, who took all my specs and my budget at 10AM, 17 Nov. 6+ hours later, i rec'vd auto and renter's insurance quotes. the auto quote reflected NOTHING of what i told nicole i wanted and was more than TWICE the amount i'm currently spending for the same coverage. i'm already NO fan of the insurance industry, etal and this is just ONE of the reasons. it seems we're ALL tired of being treated like garbage by the VERY SAME COMPANIES WE KEEP IN BUSINESS. WE are the MARKET - without customers, NO owner needs employees and without them, ALL ANY owner has is DEBT and shareholders with their hands out. FAR PAST time CONSUMERS assume the power of our $$$ and ONLY hire vendors who know how to treat the people who PAY ALL THE BILLS. hello doug - my UNPAID TIME or anyone else's being WASTED, isn't "inconvenient". i took MORE UNPAID time to call your lead salesperson and all she could say is; "i want to HELP people.". customers don't hire vendors for "help" and in the insurance racket, help is never for sale."
