She also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching and teaches as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. Karen's therapeutic strategies include mindful meditation techniques and a positive, non-judgmental stance in various treatment orientations and modalities. She believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship based on true caring and respect for healing and renewed well-being. Counseling with Karen can include coaching strategies for life work balance, helping clients achieve desired results in life, work, relationships, and spiritual growth.
