"Stood in line for 10 minutes while 2 people worked on 1 persons order. Then asked for flatbread and he said what’s flatbread and had to ask someone else and then to say they never thawed it out."
"Ordered 3 subs online for a specific time. Waited 15 extra minutes for the order to be made. All the sandwiches are wrong. Ordered a BMT and it had no cheese or meat. Another sandwich had no cheese and the wrong vegetables and sauce. The last sandwich was completely wrong as well. One star is one too many. Never eating here again."
"New owners appear to be hard working and want to do good. I blame corporate for the prices and won't penalize a location over it. Hope you guys make it work."
"The new lady that was working is India and you cannot understand a word she says. Plus I had to keep repeating myself over and over again. Also, it was just her that was working so not only is that dangerous, but not fair to the people in the drivethru. She was not able to handle both and many customers either left or came in. This is a small town and word gets around on customers service issues. I would avoid this place from know on"
"New owner are good people but sandwich’s are old gas station premade quality sucked hardly any toppings and when asked to add more they say they can’t do that. Try and save some money and skimp out your customers is not a good plan. Great people otherwise"
