"I purchased a battery at another AutoZone location who said they didn't have enough staff to change out my purchase. I called this particular location to check and they said they would do it for me. When I arrived here, the associate Jeremy was super helpful, courteous, and he changed out my battery with a smile even in the cold. This will be my new location to visit due to his level of service!"
"Usually they are super nice. Today, I went in and the guy behind the counter could barely speak English. Finally, I understood him and he was saying they wouldn’t help me with my $35 license plate cover. I routinely knock it off my car with my garage door. They always help me put one on when I buy the replacement. So I started to leave and there was a lady at a register who asked why I was leaving. I said that the man told me he wouldn’t help me. She said she would and she was the manager. Pretty cool to have a female manager. She found a replacement, but then a second guy comes up and tells her that they can’t install it because there is no place to screw it in. He was outside smoking when I pulled up and saw my car. She was kind enough to give me the name of a shop that would help. I will go to the dealer on Monday, but at least she was trying to help."
"Had the best experience just now getting my battery checked and recycling an old one! Thank you to the super nice and helpful female employee (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who helped me out. Will be back to get the battery recharged and will be visiting here for future car needs. Yay for having non-male employees at auto shops!"
