"Absolutely fantastic. My muffler fell off my car on the highway near Mt. Vernon. While I would have preferred that didn’t happen at all, there was no better place it could have happened if it was going to. I called Chapman’s after 4pm and didn’t get there until 4:30. He got me in right away, stayed late to get me finished up, and the cost was far less than I was expecting. I made it back to Decatur in time for my scheduled doctor’s appointment, which I thought would be impossible after losing my muffler. He definitely went above and beyond. 11/10, would recommend for exhaust services to anyone in the Southern Illinois area. I’m very grateful for the help."
