"I went to get an alignment after not having one for 50,000 miles and putting new tires on. Make sure you find out if you need an alignment before they do it. All my specs were within range, they made minor adjustment to "bring them closer to the center of the range". Some they made slightly closer to center, some slightly further off center. Alignment was unnecessary in this case but it was done regardless."
"They messed up my car and blamed it on me. Had an appt for an oil change took 4 hrs. Within 2 mins of leaving my car had a check engine light vsc and traction light on. These lights were never on the dash. This is the second time Firestone has messed my car up. Never again"
