"Would leave 0 stars if I could. Took my $2000 pc in for repair, 5 days later I had to call them just to get an update. I ended up just picking it up to take it somewhere else. When I got home I opened the case and a screw fell out. I was also missing 2 screws from my cooling fans. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to a one man shop if you want good service."

"They will only repair TV’s that you purchased a maintenance agreement with when you bought the TV. I BOUGHT my TV at Best Buy. But when I needed a repair I was told no. If you buy their maintenance agreement which covers the warranty period from the manufacturer for the first year, thus wasting your money then continuing it after you wasted the first part they will look at it. By that time the amount I paid would cover half the price of a new TV Horrible customer service"
