I dropped off my items by 10:00, and they were ready on time—impressive efficiency. However, I did request a button to be sewn onto my shirt sleeve, using the spare one already on the garment. Unfortunately, they added a mismatched button, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall quality of their service and cleanliness of my clothes were excellent. I appreciate their timeliness and attention to detail, except for that one small button mismatch."

"If I can give a negative I would please save your nice stuff. They ruined my Ted baker 1700 suit I trusted them I had it cleaned and put it away without inspecting right away. They burnt it multiple places bagged it and gave it to me I paid them on top of ruining my suit. I am very sad."
