CD One Price Cleaners

"I have always loved going to these CD One Cleaners. When I moved to Hanover Park 3 years ago I had to find this location and I have been happy with the service that I get. Comforters and twice a month work clothes. They even do a great job altering. The manager is a bit racist though. The reason they don’t have a five star from me. I came in before an Asian lady and we both waited in line he helped her over me and told me that the other worker would get me later. Horrible. However, I like all the workers there. If it wasn’t for them I would take my money elsewhere. I’m a regular client but that meant nothing to him."

"Very rude customer services over the phone. I called to inquire how much it would cost to repair blanket and they would not even allow me to explain what the issues were (tiny holes causing feathers to stick out from the stitching of blankets). They demand that I bring it in. I explain I would prefer not to make the trip if it turns out the price is not a good deal and they couldn't care less. I decide to try find another business with better manners on the phone."

"I was very hesitant about going anywhere for dry cleaning of my Indian/ethnic clothes because there are such mixed reviews for so many places. But I needed to get them cleaned so I tried this place. The lady that helped me was very good. She told me if the beads/gems are glued on then it would be a problem and they wouldn’t be able to do it. So we went piece by piece and she made sure. That way I wouldn’t have an issue later on. I explained which areas had stains and needed cleaning and which clothing just needed to be pressed. She was so careful that even when attaching their slips of paper on the items she didn’t put it on the delicate fabric. When I picked it up- everything was good. The prices are reasonable as well."
