Boogie's II Restaurant

"Hostess needed better customer service training. Was told to sit anywhere, but when we selected a table said we couldn't sit there as it was a table for 5. So we sat at another table. Later 2 people sat at that table. Food was ok. Table service was good. Moderately priced."

"Our waitress was lovely, unfortunately the food was not all good. Our family of 4 was served at 4 separate times, my youngest sons food coming out last. I ordered a melt medium well and was served raw meat. When I asked for it to be re made, the kitchen staff took the melt and placed the cut sandwhich face down to COVER the fact that it was raw, after that I just stated I didnt want the food anymore and gave it back to the waitress. The waitress was kind enough to take it off our total when I asked for them to take it back. She also was kind and had a patty melt made to go for me. Unfortunately this one wasn't cooked either once I got it home....... The waitress are kind and attentive, the kitchen might kill you. Don't go here."

"Overview- I have been going to Boogie’s for over 6+ years and for 4 years I went once a week. I think that this sports bar has great chicken wings, but sadly lacks in all other places. Food- When going to a sport’s bar the expectation for food is usually lower. But when eating a Boogie’s, I did not feel this was up to par. Most dishes coming out are burnt, extremely overcooked, or greasy. The ranch however is fantastic with a THICK consistency and BOLD flavor. Being paired with the chicken wings, the meal would be good. The chicken wings are large and fantastic! I do feel that the prices are somewhat high, but for the chicken wings it is worth it. The walleye is great as well! I would give the food at Boogie’s a 2/5. Atmosphere- The atmosphere at Boogie’s is sadly a wreck. Starting with the bathrooms, the men’s is never clean and always is disarray. The service is lacking as well. With an average dinner taking over 55 minutes just to get your food and the food coming out burnt 7/10 times, is not acceptable. The dining room itself is always dirty and is crammed with chairs. As far as atmosphere I would give Boogie’s a 1/5."

"The staff was friendly but slow. The food was greasy and my husband ordered a medium well horseshoe he received a rare burger that wasn’t edible! Horrible! This place is a one and done. The teas was fresh and good"

"Amazing service and good. Patty took great care of us. Her recommendations were spot on! The wings are some of the best I've eve had in the entire St. Louis area! The Monte Christo was amazing as well. The place was busy on a Friday night, but service was fast and accurate. Patty made sure our drinks were always fill. Can't wait to come back and try some of the other amazing looking menu items!"
