I booked through them a group of 10 twice in the past week, and definitely look forward to using them much more in the future, and recommending them as well. "AME Transportation was the best car service used for most recent round trip to airport. The company was very quick to answer all of my questions and provide a quote, and online site was very user friendly to book, update any changes and confirm trip booked. On day of trip, received text informing of driver, name and stating driver on the way, along with a link as to how to contact driver. The driver also texted me stating when they would be arriving, in what type of car, color and plate number. Upon arrival, driver was professionally dressed, approached to grab bags, open and closed the doors, was very friendly and spoke to us during drive to the airport making our ride enjoyable and feeling very comfortable. From now on, I will be using AME Transportation for all my trips, I would highly recommend this company for you to use, you won’t regret it!!!"

"My first experience was,"ok" the vehicle wasn't very clean, however, I got to and from safely so all was good. I attempted to book a service with this company for a second time yesterday, and I asked for a quote. I did mention the times/date that I wanted, however, I did not confirm a booking. The assistant charged my card without my authorization and was extremely rude when I called back to address the issue. I wasn't even asked what card I wanted to use, etc which means this company kept my card on file without my authorization. If you decide to use this service, ensure that authorization is asked when getting a quote if you have used them before. Also, ensure that your form of payment is removed from their system after your service is complete. I'm awaiting a refund so I'll see what happens here. The sad part is that, I wasn't upset initially when the assistant charged me without authorization, what upset me was his lack of professionalism when I called to address the issue. If a mistake was made, own it! I spoke with a young lady to follow, she was polite, explained, and I understood how their system could of charged me in error when a potential booking is entered. It's hard to trust as is in the world we live in, this issue could of been resolved much better. Professionalism and putting the customer first is key."
