Green Earth Harvest, located at 10S404 Knoch Knolls Road in Naperville, Illinois, is a certified organic farm program run by The Conservation Foundation. Dedicated to promoting healthy soil, vegetables, people, and communities, Green Earth Harvest brings together local farmers and consumers who value responsibly grown, delicious food. With 49 acres of land, 9 farm crew members, 4 greenhouses, and 2 tractors, the farm proudly serves over 700 families through their farmshare program and additional families through farm to food pantry initiatives and summer farm stands. By becoming a shareholder in the farm's anticipated harvest, community members support the work of the upcoming season and receive a bountiful selection of organic vegetables. The unique "Self-Select" program allows individuals to choose exactly what they want to take home from the harvest. In addition to fresh produce, shareholders have the opportunity to experience a real working farm through events like U-pick days, Pizza Nights on the Farm, farm tours, and children's activities.
