Family Counseling Services (FCS) is a health institution located at 860 Biester Drive in Belvidere, Illinois. We also have a second location at 631 N. Longwood, Suite 103 in Rockford. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to Noon. We also offer telehealth visits for your convenience. FCS is a funded agency of the Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board, providing professional counseling services to individuals and families in need.
