"Personally, I am going to avoid this Sherwin Williams and go to one in a different city (e.g., Peoria). The last two experiences, while not horrible, were not optimal. Two times ago I stopped in 10 minutes before closing. The lady was clearly in a hurry to close on time. Although she was friendly and did mix the paint, she essentially followed me on the way out and locked up right after I walked out. For a small business, that is just not a good practice. The more recent and much more frustrating one was that my wife stopped in for a gallon thinking it was 40% off. It wasn't, it was the day before the sale started. The associate did not inform her of this, but definitely should have. It was only at check-out that she realized it wasn't. By then the paint was mixed and she felt obligated to buy it. SW is place where you pay a premium price for paint, and the customer relations and service should match that."
"The lady had lots if knowledge of what she was selling. Helped me pick the right paint for the certain areas of the room. (Wall, trim, ceiling) And another worker carried the gallons out to the car for me!"
"If the outdoor deck paint worked better. Will not use anything Google is connected to until they control their staff and come forward with a comment that they do not support their opinion on border control."
