North Idaho Therapeutic Horse Riding is a unique institution located in Sandpoint, Idaho, United States. Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to learn new skills, achieve new goals, build confidence, and gain independence through therapeutic horsemanship. Our program offers adaptive equipment, custom saddles, and a wheelchair ramp to ensure that all participants can fully participate. Our instructors provide individualized objectives to help participants develop the skills needed to achieve their goals within their abilities. Through the use of therapeutic horsemanship, we aim to bring encouragement into the lives of those we serve, providing them with a renewed sense of self and giving them the opportunity to experience the many benefits of therapeutic horse riding.
