"Waited for a month for my first appt with Dr Henneberg on a Friday. Upon arrival, was told he was not coming & was gone delivering a baby & that I could not be seen by any other doctors. Reschedule options given were: 7am next morning or 2 wks later or see a midwife Monday. Saw midwife so I didn't have to wait another 2 wks to see baby, (7am next day wouldn't work because of my job). Saw midwife, then was told by Supervisor I could not switch back to Henneberg. When I requested any other available Obgyn then (because personal preference is obgyn), was told midwife or nothing. When my husband & mother got upset & demanded an obgyn appt as we originally were given & denied, Supervisor granted one in one month. Not an hour later, Coeur Obgyn's same exact Supervisor (Dr Henneberg's office) called stating nevermind, they (she, Dr Henneberg, midwife Rachel, & Dr Kim -who is part owner of Coeur obgyn & had overheard the dispute) all discussed it & do not want me as a patient because my husband & mother got angry & we're not allowed back in their offices again & we need to find a different doctor's office. This has been the most horrible experience & unprofessional incident in a doctor's office in my life. As a first time expecting mother, I could not be more disappointed & cannot believe I was treated this way."

Dr. Andy, shared details and what to expect in the coming months, and was genuinely just so happy and excited as I was about our baby girl. Kimmy was our nurse and she was also amazing, so funny and welcoming. 10 out of 10 from me!"
