"Chuck is very unprofessional. He is the worst counselor I’ve ever had! He cussed like a sailor and sits there and yells at you the entire time. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be back! April at the front desk was very rude also."
"I was first called by April to let me know about my appointment. I was having nothing but issues with the app, so I called to let them know. I was told it was okay. It was still just taking too long, so I called back and let them know I understand if the doctor needs to reschedule. April, the lady I was speaking to, just rudely hung up me. I called back to let them know that is not what I am looking for, and to cancel the appointment. Upon receipt of an apology, I tried to give the provider a chance. I was told to log in. I was just left there for over ten minutes and no one tended to the meeting. This is a mental health clinic. You guys are doing the exact opposite of what you should be doing. I will taking my money elsewhere and I highly recommend others do the same."
