Members under 18 can enjoy open gym time whenever the gym is open, while adults and non-members have designated open gym time on Saturdays from 5-7PM. Members ages 6 and up are welcome anytime the gym is open, while adults and non-members are only permitted during the designated open gym time on Saturdays. However, non-members must be at least 7 years old and sign a waiver before entering the gym area. They will also receive a tour from a staff member on equipment safety.
